By accessing or using GetRepBoost ("Service"), operated by UrbanPop LLC (DBA GetRepBoost), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GetRepBoost is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that automates review request messages to help local businesses collect customer reviews on platforms such as Google. The Service includes automated SMS and email outreach, review link generation, and reporting dashboards.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use GetRepBoost. By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information and to notify us immediately at hello@getrepboost.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use GetRepBoost only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass customers, violate any applicable laws (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)), or engage in any deceptive practices. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending automated messages.
GetRepBoost operates on a monthly subscription basis at either $99/month (Pro — 500 SMS) or $149/month (Growth — 1,500 SMS). New accounts receive a 14-day free trial including 50 SMS messages. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance: Free Trial (50 SMS), Pro (500 SMS), Growth (1,500 SMS). Unused SMS do not roll over to the next month. If you reach your monthly limit, SMS sending will be paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan. GetRepBoost is not responsible for any business impact resulting from reaching your SMS limit.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by UrbanPop LLC (DBA GetRepBoost) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific number of reviews for your business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrbanPop LLC (DBA GetRepBoost) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
