GetRepBoost operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you originally signed up, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your GetRepBoost subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Settings, then Cancel Subscription, or by emailing us at hello@getrepboost.com with the subject line "Cancel My Account." We will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be charged.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that billing period, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@getrepboost.com. We will review your case and, if a billing error occurred, issue a full refund for the incorrect charge.
If GetRepBoost offers a free trial period, you may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
Upon cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
You may reactivate your cancelled account at any time within the 30-day retention window by logging back in or contacting us at hello@getrepboost.com. After 30 days, you will need to create a new account.
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days notice before taking effect.
